Once you approve these designs, we will create a stamped, engineered shop drawing that complies with all relevant building codes, including local snow-load requirements.  

 

Then build all our products using traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery to ensure strong connections without visible hardware. We fit-test each joint to make sure assembly goes perfectly, while all other components are inspected hundreds of times before they ever leave the workshop. Not only this, if we haven't made this clear, Douglas fir is specifically chosen due to its durability, strength, and versatility, especially the top-tier No. 1 grade, rough-sawn, FOHC variety we use.
